I found the staff helpful. They addressed my queries about local attractions quickly. the room had many thoughtful extras, including a sewing kit and shoe cleaning products. I always find those useful. the breakfast buffet had a wide array of options, from fresh pastries to cooked items (the sausages were especially good).
The bathroom lighting wasn't great. It made applying makeup a bit tricky.

The room included a tv near the spa bath. It made relaxing there extra special. the bed was comfortable and quiet. i appreciated the flask with fresh milk upon request.

i found the staff helpful from arrival to departure. the hotel was beautifully decorated creating a cozy atmosphere. breakfast offered a great choice i found it plentiful.
the lighting in the bathroom could be improved for better visibility otherwise i enjoyed my stay.

the hotel is at a quieter location it is away from the main bustle. the tram stop is close by providing easy access to attractions. walking distance to many points of interest i found it convenient.
